They immediately sent a courier to the pick-up and kept me updated all the way through until the package was delivered and signed for by the customer... all within 3 hours! I needed a return exhibition delivery from Sydney to Istanbul. Having not booked this sort of thing for a while, I was nervous initially but EaglesWings Freight Services talked me through the process and put me at ease immediately. EaglesWings Freight Services provided me not only with great service, but also put my mind at rest, emailing me directly when parcels had arrived and the name of the person who had signed for them. It meant I could concentrate on ensuring I was ready for the Conference and Exhibition as I knew they were looking after the logistics. EaglesWings Freight Services, absolutely amazing. I had sent my passport to the DVLA but then later had a family emergency so needed it back urgently and not only did EaglesWings Freight Services quickly confirm that they could take the job, they were also very reasonably priced. Once at the DVLA, they went above and beyond to retrieve my passport when the DVLA couldn't produce it, including offering to spend the night in Swansea to collect it in the morning - which I gratefully took them up on, and then received my passport very quickly after it was retrieved from the DVLA. EaglesWings Freight Services Customer Care was very communicative and helpful, trying every possible avenue to get my passport back to me. They were very understanding and very patient when I was crying and spluttering on the phone for 2 days solid! I could not recommend EaglesWings Freight Services highly enough, and will not be using any other courier ever again, only Eurasian.
